The Kennedy Causeway (79th street) Self-Storage project is approximately 112,430 gross square foot mini-warehouse project built on a 1/2 acre of raw land located at 1100 NE 79TH ST, MIAMI, FL33138, North Miami. The project will contain approximately 76,050 net rentable square feet in one five-story building. When completed, it will have approximately 922 units of self-storage, which will be 100% climate controlled.
