The MCSS 36th Street Self Storage project is an approximately 111,000 gross square foot mini-warehouse project built on a 1/2acre of raw land in the design district of Miami. The project contains approximately 77,500 net rentable square feet in one seven-story building. It has approximately 1,000 units of self-storage, which are 100% climate controlled.
