The Coconut Grove Self Storage project is an approximately 80,000 gross square foot mini-warehouse project built on approximately 1/3acre of land (with an existing structure) in the US 1 south corridor of Miami at the entrance of Coconut Grove. The project contains approximately 51,700 net rentable square feet in one eight-story building. It has 570 units of self-storage, which are 100% climate controlled.
