As VP of Capital Markets & Acquisitions, Marc organizes and coordinates with team members, partners and investors through various levels of participation at EDEN Multifamily, including acquisitions, underwriting, capital markets & financing, investor & partner relations, corporate strategy & growth, deal structuring, development & pipeline management, asset management, dispositions and more. He has been and is currently involved in the development of over 3,500 multifamily units and counting, as EDEN continues to rapidly expand its geographical footprint. Marc earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration concentrating in Finance from Ithaca College, where he also spent four years as a starting guard on the basketball team – three of them as team captain. He finished his Ithaca career as fourth all-time in total points scored and tenth all-time in total assists. Marc is a Miami native who loves boating, beaching, fishing and all other activities related to the water.
